Fact Check:

Aileen Cannon, a Florida judge who was appointed by Trump, will oversee his case alleging that he mishandled classified documents, according to NBC News. Trump arrived in Florida Monday ahead of a scheduled Tuesday appearance in a Miami federal court, ABC News reported.

“It’s not just extreme carelessness with classified material, which is still totally disqualifying. This is calculated, deliberate, pre-meditated misconduct followed by a cover-up that included false statements and lies to Congress, the media, and the American people,” Trump says in the video, which has been viewed over one million times. What appears to be tears are visible in Trump’s eyes while he speaks.
