A photo shared on Instagram allegedly shows a mugshot of former President Donald Trump.

The image does not show Trump’s mugshot. The official mugshot, released later on Aug. 24, does not show him with his tongue out.

Trump surrendered to the Fulton County Jail for his alleged interference in the Georgia election sometime between 6:45 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time on Aug. 24, Newsweek reported. Georgia prosecutors have requested a state judge to schedule Trump’s trial for racketeering charges on Oct. 23, according to Politico.

An Instagram post purports to show Trump’s mugshot. The photo appears to show a photo of Trump sticking his tongue out in front of an emblem for Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

“BREAKING: DONALD TRUMP’S MUGSHOT RELEASED,” the post reads.

This is not a genuine mugshot. Trump is set to have his mugshot taken today, Aug. 24, making him the first former U.S. president to have his mugshot taken, according to Reuters. The Instagram post was published on Aug. 23, making it impossible to have actually shown his mugshot.

Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat stated that Trump is going to be treated like any other inmate with his fingerprints and mugshot taken, according to Atlanta news outlet WSB-TV.
