A post shared on Facebook claims Hulu has canceled its reality TV series “The Kardashians” due to the family’s connections with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Verdict: False

There is no evidence for this claim. The show was renewed for a new season in July.

Fact Check:

Combs was hit by six lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and rape on Monday, adding to pre-existing allegations and legal issues, as he was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges in September, according to AP News. Lawyers say a group of more than 100 are currently taking legal action against him, the outlet reported.

A Facebook post suggests that Hulu has canceled “The Kardashians” show due to the family’s connection to Combs. The post shows individual pictures of Combs and Kris Jenner, then one in the middle in which they are embracing.

“Kris Jenner GONE MAD After Hulu CANCELED Kardashians For their Connection With Diddy,” the post reads.

This claim is inaccurate. The show was renewed for a sixth season in July, according to Variety. Additionally, there are no credible news reports to suggest a cancellation. (RELATED: Is This A Video Of Diddy From Prison?)

The picture the Facebook post used of Combs and Jenner hugging is genuine and was taken from an appearance her made on her talk show in 2013, in which the pair jokingly flirted with each other, according to Daily Mail.

There is some evidence of a connection between the Kardashians and Combs. A recently resurfaced clip from “Keeping up With The Kardashians” in 2014 shows that Khloe Kardashian said she attended a party with Combs in which “half the people there were butt naked,” according to The Sun.
