The almost six-minute video features a clip of Paul questioning Clinton about a terror attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya during a 2013 Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing.

In the clip, Paul asks Clinton if the U.S. is involved with transferring weapons from Libya to Turkey after noting the “inexcusable leadership failures” that led to the 2012 attack in Benghazi. Clinton responds that she is not aware of any potential transferring of weapons.
