FACT CHECK: No, This Video Does Not Show Hunter Biden Running Naked Through Hallway

A video shared on X allegedly shows a naked Hunter Biden chasing a woman and dragging her into a hotel room.

Verdict: False

There is no evidence that this video shows Biden. The caption claims that the man has a matching back tattoo, but this is untrue upon close inspection.

Fact Check:

Biden has been convicted of three felony charges relating to the purchase of a gun, according to AP News. Although his sentencing date has not yet been set, Biden could face up to 25 years in prison, the outlet reported.

An X video purports to show footage of President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, dragging a woman on the ground while he is naked. The video appears to show surveillance footage of a hotel hallway in which a naked man chases a woman out of a room. They then disappear from sight and reappear with the man dragging the woman by her foot back into the room.

“THIS IS HUNTER BIDEN,” the video’s text reads. “MEDIA SILENT.”

“Make sure to share this far and wide because the media won’t,” the post’s caption reads. “This is Hunter Biden and pedo drug addicted depravity. His father hides it for him. The Biden’s are monsters.”

The claim is inaccurate, however. There are no credible news reports about this occurrence.

The video appears to originate from Chinese social media platform Weibo. Its title, once translated, reads, “What happened? The woman ran out of the room and was dragged back by a naked man.” There’s no mention of Biden. One commenter pointed out that the man in the video has tattoos that match Biden’s. However, comparing them with photos posted by the Daily Mail shows that this is untrue. Biden got the tattoos to represent the Finger Lakes region of New York to honor his late mother, as it was her birthplace, the outlet reported. Conversely, the man in the video only appears to have two thick lines on his left shoulder blade.
