Verdict: False
There is no evidence Harris said this. The alleged quote cannot be found via any of her social media accounts or in any credible news reports.

Hillary Clinton spoke at the Democratic National Convention Monday night and spoke about the âhighest, hardest glass ceilingâ that she believes Harris can break, according to BBC. Unlike Clintonâs 2016 presidential bid, Harris has seemingly avoided making her gender the center of her own, but Clinton believes she helped put âcracksâ in said ceiling, the outlet reported.
An X post claims to show a Jan. 21, 2021 quote from Harris expressing disregard for the U.S. Constitution. Circled in red is the sentence âThese Trumpers think we care about the constitution.â
The rest of the alleged quote reads, âWe have the power now, itâs time to end this They really donât get. We will block them in the courts, we will use federal law enforcement and the military. After Joe inflicts the death blow, Iâll take the reigns.They will beg me for a loaf of bread.â

This is not a genuine quote from Harris, however. There are no credible news reports about Harris saying this and the statement cannot be found on her X or Facebook accounts. She delivered her first speech as vice president on Jan. 20, 2021 but made no such remarks, according to the White House transcript.
