Verdict: False
The video shows Iranian F-4 Phantom fighter jets flying over Iranian naval vessels.
Fact Check:
Iran’s president denied that the country gave Houthi rebels hypersonic ballistic missiles, according to Reuters. This comes after the Iranian-backed group managed to hit central Israel with a ballistic missile, the outlet reported.
Social media users are sharing a video of fighter jets flying over ships, claiming it shows Iranian fighters flying over or near American warships. One user wrote, “The only country that is not afraid of getting close to American warships, IS #IRAN.”
This claim is false. There are two visible ships in the video. One of the ships appears to be a Hengam-class landing ship, which are Iranian-made and used by Iran, according to Global Security.
The Hengam class landing ship “IRIS Lavan” is carrying the following:
Arash/Kian-2 suicide drones with 2000km range
Ababil-2 suicide drones with around 120-150km range
Karrar turbojet powered UCAVs
Ababil-4 UAVs (can serve as UCAVs, which one on board is doing)

The other ship visible appears to be the Makran, an Iranian forward base ship, according to Janes. A more clear image of the Makran can be seen in the tweet below.
