Verdict: False

The video features CGI content and clips from unrelated storms, with none being from Hurricane Milton.

Fact Check:

Hurricane Milton, which recently hit Florida, did cause substantial damage and multiple tornadoes were reported. Approximately 45 tornadoes were reported throughout the duration of the storm, according to AccuWeather.

This is not real footage of the storm. The first clip in the video, which shows a large tornado, is a CGI creation that was originally posted on YouTube in July 2024. The creator is known for generating fictional storm content. You can view the original CGI clip here.

The second clip in the video, which features another tornado, was shared on Instagram in 2023. It is completely unrelated to Hurricane Milton and was posted long before this storm. The original post can be found here. Similarly, the third clip in the video is from a July 2023 storm in New York, which resulted in record-breaking tornado warnings. This footage was shared by ABC 13 WHAM, and you can find the report here.

The fourth clip, dating back to 2022, shows a tornado in Georgia, not Florida, and can be viewed on YouTube here. The fifth clip, posted on TikTok in 2023, also has no connection to Hurricane Milton and can be found here.
