A post shared on social media purports that former President Donald Trump’s convictions have all been overturned.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan has ordered the documents from the special counsel Jack Smith to be revealed, Fox News reported. The judge ordered Smith to release documents from his investigation into Trump’s alleged election interference that have to do with Trump’s potential immunity.

A post shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, allegedly that Trump has seen his convictions overturned in appellate court.

The caption reads, “Trumps Convictions have all been overturned and he is getting his $500,000,000.00 Back! Provien in the Appellate Courts that it was all political and sham. Trump 2024.”

The claim is inaccurate. Trump was convicted in New York on 34 fraud counts. These convictions were part of the case related to Stormy Daniels. Trump is currently seeking an appeal in federal court to overturn that conviction, according to Reuters. In the appeal Trump’s legal defense argues that jurors had improperly seen evidence that affected the ruling.

Donald Trump has several ongoing cases related to election interference in the 2020 election, Politico reported.
