A post made on X claims to show a Robert F. Kennedy Jr. X post promising to bankrupt packaged food companies.

This post did not come from Kennedy’s X account. There is no evidence to show Kennedy has mentioned plans to bankrupt packed food companies.

Fact Check:

Social media users are claiming to show a post from Kennedy that promises to bankrupt packaged food companies. The alleged tweet from Kennedy X reads, “I’m going to make sure packaged food companies stop selling processed shit to every American. I’m going to bankrupt you.”

One user wrote, “🇺🇸 Wow – The Trump Administration isn’t messing around! It’s over Globalists – whether it’s Fluoride, fake food, vaccines or chemtrails – no more poisoning us all.”

The claim is false. The attached post is fabricated. The post does not exits on RFK Jr.’s X account and there is no evidence to show the post ever existed. (RELATED: RFK Jr. Responds To Rumor He’s Dropping Out With ‘In It To Win It.’)

RFK Jr. has mentioned taking aims at the FDA, but has not mentioned plans to bankrupt packaged food companies. RFK Jr. is known for leading the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement. The MAHA website does not list plans to bankrupt packaged food companies.
