A post made on X claims to depict an actual photo of U.S. Attorney General nominee and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi jogging in her underwear.

Verdict: False

The photo has been altered to include Bondi’s face.

Fact Check:

Social media users are claiming an image depicts an actual photo of Bondi jogging in her underwear. One user’s post reads, “ladies and gentlemen Pam Bondi.”

The claim is false. The photo has been altered to include Bondi’s face as Check Your Fact found the original image. (RELATED: Did Donald Trump Appoint Karl Malone As Director Of Child Protective Services?)

Arizona Daily Wildcat uploaded the original photo to Flickr in 2009. The photo’s description reads, “Thursday night, students in their undies take over the UA Mall. The people playing soccer and rugby were shooed out of the way by a near birthday suit wearing stampede of college aged people.”

There is no credible evidence that shows Bondi ever participated in an underwear run. The fabricated photo was first uploaded to Orlando Weekly in 2013. Bondi was elected Florida Attorney General in 2010 and was re-elected in 2014.

Lead Stories has also debunked this claim. Check Your Fact has reached out to Bondi and Arizona Daily Wildcat for comment.
