Verdict: False

The claim is false and originates via the SpaceX Fanclub page on Facebook, which posts satirical content.

Fact Check:

Combs allegedly threatened to kill Bryana “Bana” Bongolan and dangled her from a 17th-floor balcony, according to a lawsuit filed by Bongolan, USA Today reported. The alleged incident took place in September 2016 at Combs’ ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura Fine’s apartment in Los Angeles, the outlet indicated.

The Facebook post, which has garnered over 40,000 likes as of writing, claims Musk purportedly announced Combs and Epstein’s client lists will be released on Jan. 20.

“Elon Musk Announces January 20th as the Date for Bombshell Release of Diddy and Epstein Client List: ‘We Expose Them All,'” the post reads. The post, which does not provide a source to support its claim, features side-by-side photos of Combs and Musk.

The claim is false and originates via the SpaceX Fanclub page on Facebook, which posts satirical content. According to its bio, the page states that it shares satire and “nothing on this page is real.” The page’s bio also includes a link to the website “Esspots.com,” a satire site that is a subsidiary of the site SpaceX Mania.com.

Likewise, Check Your Fact did not find the claim referenced on Musk’s verified X account. Combs also does not appear to have publicly commented on the claim. (RELATED: Did Lady Gaga Discuss Encounter With Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs In Interview?)

In addition, Check Your Fact found no credible news reports to support the claim. Actually, the opposite is true. On Dec. 2, Lead Stories debunked the claim, indicating it originated via the same satirical Facebook page.

Check Your Fact has contacted Musk for comment.
