Verdict: False
Musk never posted this. The screenshot has been manipulated.
Fact Check:
Tesla and X CEO Elon Musk engaged in a heated debate on his social media platform regarding the abuse of H-1B work visas, according to Fox Business. Musk suported the idea of legal immigration through the program, stating that he will “go to war” to defend work visas for foreign workers. He states that the United States lacks the technological talent to compete with places such as China, and importing these workers helps America “win”. President-Elect Trump stated his support of Musk’s comments following the discussion online.
A post on X takes one of Musk’s impassioned posts about the visas and changes it. It claims to show a post where Musk says he has an unlimited tolerance for ketamine, a drug used to invoke a state of sedation. Musk has stated that he has a prescription for the substance in the past.
The screenshot shown in the tweet is not genuine. In response to another post during the heated holiday debate, Musk stated that his tolerance for “subtards” was limited. It is unclear what Musk meant by “subtards.”
My tolerance for subtards is limited

The fake post manipulated the tweet to mention ketamine, and no genuine post made on December 26 about his unlimited tolerance for the drug was found on his account.
According to Lead Stories, the fake X post first originated from a post made on December 28 by a user named “@theliamnissan,” which states in it’s bio that it is a parody account.
