FACT CHECK: No, Jim Cramer Did Not Tweet This About Bitcoin

A post shared on X claims to show financial analyst Jim Cramer saying Bitcoin was worth nothing.

Verdict: False

This image is faked. The origin comes from a parody account.

Fact Check:

Social media users are claiming that Cramer, a CNBC host, tweeted that crypto was “dead.” (RELATED: Did Trump Claim He Will Make A ‘Last Stand’ From The Trump Tower Applebee’s?)

“Crypto is dead. Bitcoin is going to $0. Etherum is going to $0 as well. Solana hmm please, all trash,” he allegedly tweeted.

This claim is false. Check Your Fact did not find any media reports on Cramer saying or tweeting this. A search of his X account also did not yield any results for this claim.

The tweet is digitally fabricated. The screenshot of the tweet was posted by @alifarhat, an account that has “parody” in its bio. His bio states, “Not associated with the Federal Reserve. Financial Parody and sarcasm. Not investment advice.”

Check Your Fact has debunked fake Cramer tweets before. For example, Check Your Fact previously debunked a claim that Cramer said it would be unlikely that President Donald Trump would be indicted.
