A post shared on X claims to show a Spanish magazine cover of Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelenskyy.

Verdict: False

The magazine cover does not exist.

Fact Check:

Talks between Russia and the United States over the Russian invasion of Ukraine occurred in Saudi Arabia, according to Reuters. Ukraine was not invited to the talks, per the outlet. (RELATED: X Post From Ashley St. Clair Claiming She And Musk Used IVF To Conceive Child Is Fake)

Social media users are claiming that the cover of the Spanish magazine El Jueves shows America and Russia talking without Zelenskyy. One user wrote, “Cover of the Spanish magazine El Jueves: ‘A conversation between two men is not the kid’s business.’

There is no evidence for this claim. A search of El Jueves’ website did not yield any results for this alleged magazine cover. A wider internet search also did not yield any results.

An archive of the magazine’s covers does not show the alleged one in the post’s image. Logically Facts also debunked this claim.
